At Riding Rainbows Empowerment Center, Inc., we believe every child is uniquely created with purpose, potential, and the ability to make a positive impact on the world. Since 1990, we have proudly served families throughout the Dallas community by providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.
Our programs are designed to support the whole child through high-quality early childhood education, Pre-K partnerships, after-school care, summer enrichment programs, arts experiences, leadership development, and family engagement opportunities. We focus on building strong academic foundations while also fostering creativity, confidence, character, and social-emotional growth.

Early Childhood Programs

Pre-K
Our Pre-K builds kindergarten-readiness in reading, writing, and numeracy. Eligible children may attend tuition-free through our official Dallas ISD Pre-K partnership.

We welcome children from 2 weeks through 12 years old, serving infants, toddlers, preschoolers, Pre-K, and school-age children in our programs.
We partner with Dallas ISD to offer eligible four-year-olds tuition-free Pre-K education, delivered by qualified teachers right here at our center.
We are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays and Sundays for all programs.
